6 Whiting Street is a 16th Century listed building in Bury St Edmunds and was a derelict property until it was converted into a retail premises by L&S Builders.

The tenants moved to new premises in 2016 and the property was put up for sale with planning permission to be converted into a family home. L&S Builders were employed to work on the conversion project because of their previous experience with the building.
